Thru this line we promote rights advocacy training processes to contribute to foster respect for ethnic diversity and to eradicate discrimination. Carrying out courses, seminars, forums, panels, conferences and other events we contribute to inform, give orientation and train the general population regarding the rights of ethnic peoples.

We also make alliances with schools to create education programs that include issues such as rights of indigenous peoples, in order to contribute to the reduction of biases that reproduce structural discrimination against indigenous peoples and to train social leaders who promote the effective enjoyment of ethnic rights both in Colombia and abroad.

To achieve this objective, Akubadaura created the Manuel Quintín Lame Chair with which develops training actions on Human Rights Advocacy, with judges, public officials, Journalists, teachers and policy makers public for indigenous peoples in Colombia and abroad.

Likewise, this line contributes with educational messages for indigenous and non-indigenous communities, organizations and schools on the rights of indigenous peoples to achieve greater capacity for demanding and defending rights; recognition and respect of indigenous peoples, with a gender approach.
